1. if you would like to pick up gift voucher online at our spa, you must present your Photo ID to our friendly receptionist such as (driver licence or passport). Without presenting your Photo ID, we have a right to refuse giving you the voucher.
2. if you give gift voucher for someone presents, could you please tell him/her to bring him/her Photo ID such as (driver licence or passport). If they can't present photo ID, our spa have a right to refuse the service.
3. Please make a booking first and please bring your photo ID every time when you would like to use gift voucher online.
